Service Description

Safety issues and possible threats are, unfortunately, around us everyday. We as a society need to have training and understanding of potential threats and how to avoid or deal with them. This class is designed Specifically for women, and focuses on how to increase awareness and teaches basic self defense principles. "What Tools should I carry for self defense?" is a main question and focus for this class; from lethal tools and dangerous weapons, to non-lethal tools and EDC items. Some key methodologies taught will include: The stages of Self defense awareness Situational awareness definition and understanding of principles such as "Baseline", "Find the anomalies" "Overt, covert, what else?" cycles Safety scenarios and role plays Self defense tools and "what's right for me"
